These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website buckeyewashco.com and any services provided by Buckeye Wash Co., operated by BuckeyeWashCo LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Buckeye Wash Co. provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to: house washing, roof soft washing, concrete and driveway cleaning, deck and fence washing, gutter cleaning, commercial pressure washing, and fleet washing. Specific services, scope of work, and pricing for each job are established at the time of booking.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from the description provided (e.g., greater surface area, severe soiling, access issues not previously disclosed). Any pricing changes will be communicated to the client before work begins.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in material costs, labor, or fuel costs after 30 days.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Jobs are scheduled upon confirmation of quote acceptance. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.

4. Client Responsibilities

Prior to service, the client is responsible for:

• Ensuring we have access to an outdoor water spigot with adequate water supply and pressure
• Moving or securing outdoor furniture, vehicles, and personal items from work areas
• Securing pets and ensuring they are not in the work area during service
• Disclosing any known fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, known leaks, or areas that require special treatment
• Closing all windows, doors, and vents in areas to be cleaned

The Company is not liable for damage resulting from client failure to fulfill these responsibilities or failure to disclose relevant property conditions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any deficiencies at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to areas accessible and cleaned during the original service.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to: pre-existing staining that cannot be removed with industry-standard methods, conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking, or damage caused by client property conditions (e.g., damaged surfaces, pre-existing cracks, failed caulking).

6. Limitation of Liability

Buckeye Wash Co. carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the service performed, or our insurance policy limits, whichever is applicable.

We are not liable for: damage to surfaces that were improperly installed, already damaged, or in a deteriorated condition; mold or mildew growth following cleaning due to unaddressed structural moisture issues; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

8. Website Use

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Union County, Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
